Questions we get asked, answered.
Everything below is how we actually work out of Houston, TX, not a policy page written to cover us. If something isn't here, call and ask.

Paying for it
- How do I actually pay?
- By bank wire, against an invoice we send after the Purchase Agreement is signed. The amount on the invoice matches the agreement exactly — there is nothing to reconcile and no deposit taken over the phone.
- Do you take a deposit to hold a unit?
- No. Nothing is held on a verbal promise and nothing is charged before you have read and signed written terms.
- Is financing available?
- We don't lend directly. Plenty of buyers arrange their own financing through a bank or credit union and pay us as a cash buyer — tell us your timeline and we'll work to it.
- Do you take trade-ins?
- Often, yes. Send photos and the mileage of what you have and we'll tell you what it's worth against the unit you want, before you commit to anything.
Seeing it first
- Can I see it before I buy?
- Ask for a video walk-around and we film whatever you want to see, including the parts that aren't flattering. We sell remotely, so the walk-around plus the inspection window is how you check it, not a trip across the country.
- What is the 10-day inspection window?
- Your 10 days start the moment the RV is delivered, not when it ships. Run the appliances, cycle the slide-outs, check the systems. If it isn't what you agreed to buy, contact us inside the window and we work through it under the terms you signed.
- Are the photos of the actual RV?
- Every photo on a listing is of that specific unit. We don't use manufacturer stock images.
- Will you tell me what's wrong with it?
- Yes. Used units have wear, and we'd rather point it out now than have you find it after delivery. Ask about anything the photos don't cover.
Getting it home
- Do you deliver?
- Anywhere in the continental United States. Transport is arranged and coordinated by our team, and we tell you the delivery window before the RV is dispatched.
- What does delivery cost?
- It depends on distance and the unit. Call with the listing you want and we'll quote it straight — it isn't a hidden line added at signing.
- What if something is wrong after it arrives?
- Every RV carries a 6-month warranty on top of the inspection window. Call the same people who sold it to you, not a call center.
- How long does delivery take?
- Usually inside two weeks of cleared payment, depending on distance and the transporter's schedule. You get a realistic window before the RV is dispatched, not a guess.
